We should tell you though that your budget will go a lot further here in the Philippines than you might expect.

El Galleon is a 5 Star hotel and resort and yet honeymoon rooms here start from as little as $51 US a night.

Almost everything is likely to be a lot cheaper in the Philippines than back at home. You can start to understand how for the cost of a cheap hotel in the West you an revel in luxury here, when you know the average hourly wage of an unskilled worker here is still under $1 US an hour.

What to expect when you come here.

Our honeymoon resort is right at the beach with the Pacific lapping at our steps. The clmate is such that couples honeymoon with us all year round.

The climate is so clement and constant that the sea water temperature never varies out of the range 25C - 28C

Honeymoon diving and Asia Divers.

Asia Divers is the dive school forming part of El Galleon. Here you can learn to dive or extend your diving skills as you wish. We train from Novice Diver right up to PADI Instructor and are one of only two centers of exelence certified to train to PADI instructor in the entire Philippines.

Here you can dive with Air, Nitrox or Trimix or even hire re-breathers and scooters from us for added fun.

No matter how much you might love to dive, you are going to spend a lot more time out of the water than in it and there are a large range of things you can do here for fun from paning for gold, to beach buggie driving or even playing golf down a mountain. The local town of Sabang.

Literally less than five minutes stroll along the beach and you reach the small town of Sabang. By day, you can stroll the markets or visit regular shops, but it is at night that Sabang really comes to life. You will find dozens of bars and restaurants to suit every nationality and taste. You may sit under the stars listening to live music and supping a beer or cocktail or chse to dance at one of the half a dozen discos.
